At the prestigious Natural Gourmet Institute, Sandra's culinary voyage was not just about honing technical skills; it was a revelation that ignited a profound passion for pastry and Chocolate. Eager to expand her horizons, she undertook rigorous studies in European pastry and chocolate at the esteemed DCT University in Switzerland. Here, under the guidance of master chocolatier Luc Eyriey, Sandra's artistic prowess flourished. Her journey continued at Ecole du Grand Chocolat Valrhona, where her artistry was refined even further. An internship with luminaries in the New York artisanal chocolate realm solidified her reputation as a rising star.

Yet, it is not just her chocolates that define Sandra's legacy. Her heart beats for a purpose larger than life itself - a commitment to uplift the underprivileged. In her global pursuit of culinary excellence, Sandra has woven a trail of benevolence. From providing nourishing meals to offering shelter, transportation, and medical aid to those in need, Sandra's humanitarian efforts radiate through every endeavor.
