Why it costs more
Most pistachio chocolate uses a paste that's 40–50% sugar plus artificial flavoring. Ours uses whole pistachios from a small family farm in Sicily, real single-origin cacao, and three days of handwork per bar.

68% Ecuadorian dark chocolate, 100% pure Sicilian pistachios, kataifi pastry, organic French butter, white chocolate, natural cocoa butter coloring.
